Submar West Africa, Ltd. was founded in 2008 to manufacture, sell and distribute Submar articulated, flexible concrete mats throughout the West Coast of Africa. Our products are environmentally friendly and offer a broad range of hard armor techniques to stablize embankments, protect shorelines, rehabilitate wetlands, and for other special remediation projects.
Created to meet the needs of businesses and organization operating on the West Coast of Africa from Senegal on the North through Namibia on the South, Submar West Africa is fully licensed by Submar, Inc. Submar West Africa was formed by Emval Holdings Limited and Diamond J Global, LLC with an executive team bringing over 100 years of combined industry experience.
